BRF, one of the largest food companies in the world, is open for registration for the Hiring Hackathon. The Company challenges candidates to implement and maintain automations by RPA (robotic process automation) and to guarantee the company’s other technologies in the medium term (chatbot, business intelligence and automations by ServiceNow) at the BRF Service Center. The five selected will participate in the internship program aimed at digital transformation and will be part of the CIEP (Innovation Center for Process Excellence), an area that has as one of its responsibilities to create, maintain and manage technological innovations.

The process is aimed at university students of exact and technological courses, with knowledge in programming language (VBA, .NET and C #), in addition to intermediate English.

“By using the hiring hackathon, the company reaffirms its vision of using new methodologies to attract talent and brings together young programmers who want to develop their skills along with our long, lively and complex chain”, comments Weliton Roberto Shalabi, Head of Global BRF’s HR Recruitment and Transformation. Registration is until March 8 and interested parties must apply through the website https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/cap/view/1693394118/?pathWildcard=1693394118&trk=mcm

Candidates will go through a hackathon where they will be able to demonstrate creativity and technical skills to propose solutions to real challenges of BRF’s digital transformation. Evidence of logic, group dynamics with chat and personal interview will end the cycle with the evaluation by a BRF panel.
