About the Author
 
“Only On Loan” is Maggie M. Scott’s second book, the first is titled: “Your Dream, it’s Within Your Reach.” 

“Were it possible to substitute my daily food and sustenance for writing and teaching, it would be one of my miracles because, both console me and ushers me into the presence of God,” says Scott. “I am surrounded by transcripts that I desperately want to bring to life, as well as notes upon notes scribbled at all times of the day and night.  I will hold on to them until God ‘Speaks Life.’  I find much pleasure in designing personal notes ‘to lift the spirit and speak to the heart of the receiver.’”
 
Maggie M. Scott widowed after 56 ½ years of a wonderful, fulfilling marriage.  To their union were added two daughters, three sons, thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree and MPH in Health Care, and has been an Adjunct College Instructor for several colleges.
