“The Argument” by Kenneth Michael Plaisance Threads Into An Intriguing Issue Involving DNA Child Support

The world of literature is not confined to repetitive storylines and themes. In fact, there has been a fascinating romance between law and fiction as more and more lawyers attempt to write realities that need to be explored by the legal community. “The Argument,” authored by Kenneth Michael Plaisance, is such an example of a work of literature whose storyline revolves around the moral milieu of the law.
 
The story foreshadows the life of the main character, Attorney Kenneth Starr, as he takes the topic of DNA and child support issues. His pursuit of challenging these issues begins when his client, a DNA expert, discovered false DNA child support reports against men across the United States. His client went to the justice department under the false claims act, only to be denied by the justice department head, who also happens to be a dominant lesbian feminist. She hid the file, and the client was found to be dead the following day.
 
The author then takes readers into the battle of challenging the lack of calibration of the instrument utilized in DNA testing, which created false positives to prove the paternity of a child. Along with the themes of DNA testing and child support, the author also challenges the issue of feminism in the cases of enslaving and putting men in jail for failing to pay child support, conducting manhunts, and women dominating in government seats. Written in hopes to provoke thought and discussion, the author adds a little taste of steamy sex scenes for entertainment while educating the layman and even the lawyers.

About the Author

Kenneth Michael Plaisance was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is an attorney who has practiced in Louisiana and Texas and in the U.S Supreme Court. With an LLM (Masters) in Employment Law, he has litigated discrimination and retaliation cases and handled federal, state, and city civil service appeals. After 29 years in the service, he began writing books and poetry. His first attempt to write as an author is his book “The Argument” which is a combination of law, fiction, and steaming hot scenes.
