Clifford Schauer’s Oz-inspired Children’s Book “Suzy and the Bug” Will Be Displayed at the 2020 BookExpo New Title Showcase

Love “The Wizard of Oz?” Then make sure to check the exhibit for Clifford Schauer’s adventure children’s book “Suzy and the Bug” (Covenant Books; 2019) at the 2020 BookExpo New Title Showcase on July 22 - 26, 2020 at the Javits Center, New York City.
 
The New Title Showcase is organized by the Combined Book Exhibit (CBE) and Reed Exhibitions. The annual book trade fair provides new and self-published authors the opportunity to exhibit at the BookExpo, which helps them increase their brand awareness, achieve high visibility, and gain more traffic. Authors also get the chance to promote themselves and their works through autographing sessions.

“Suzy and the Bug” tells the adventures of Aryanna, aka Bug, and her cat, Suzy. They go to the park to read their favorite book “The Wizard of Oz.” They fall asleep under a large tree and wake up into the book they are reading. They find the Emerald City is being destroyed by the son and daughter of the evil witch.
 
Suzy and the Bug must travel through perilous territories – a haunted forest, cave of shadows, and the grey mud swamp – to get to the witch’s castle. No one has ever got through all three.
