Launching the “Innovation and Development Center for the Public Security Directorate” Powered by Zain Jordan

His Majesty King Abdullah II visited the recently inaugurated “Innovation and Development Center for the Public Security Directorate”, that was established and equipped by Zain, with the aim of supporting the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem and maintaining the company’s cooperation with the Public Security Directorate and providing all possible means of support this esteemed entity and contribute to providing the best services to Jordanians.

Through the Center, creative and innovative ideas will be embraced in order to develop them into sustainable projects that benefit the police performance and uplift the level of services provided by the public Security Directorate.

Zain Jordan equipped the Innovation and Development Center for the Public Security Directorate as one of ZINC branches, whereas Zain provided the center with computers, Internet connection and smart boards. The Public Security Directorate will manage the center with the support of ZINC staff, to optimize all capabilities to serve this center and achieve the desired goals, whereby startups and Jordanian youth with creative ideas will be connected with the public security system and provide tailored innovations, applications and software that serve the various operations of the directorate.

This milestone stems from the royal directions of His Majesty towards the cooperation and coordination between public and private sector in a way that caters for the needs of community and serves those institutions in carrying out their duties to the fullest extent, as the establishment of the Innovation and Development Center for the Security will have a major role in the development of operations of the directorate.
