The book relates principles for persons counting on good leadership.

The book on leadership principles “From Wine-Taster to Wall-Builder: A Guide to Building Good Leadership Skills” (FriesenPress; 2015) by Dr. Al M. Reimer is one of the many religious works to be exhibited at the 2020 BookExpo New Title Showcase on July 22 to 26, 2020 In New York.

The book is, as described by the author in his preface, “a study on leadership principles drawn from the life and work of a man by the name of Nehemiah, taken from the Bible in a book therein that carries his name.” Nehemiah is known for supervising the rebuilding of Jerusalem in the mid-5th century BC after his release from captivity by the Persian king Artaxerxes I. At his own request, Nehemiah is sent to Jerusalem as governor of Judah.

The author feels that the Book of Nehemiah offers timeless and valuable lessons on leadership that every business, church, and individual should have.

“This book is taken from many years ago but has been useful in today’s world,” said Dr. Reimer about the Book of Nehemiah. “It begins with a servant and was placed upon his superior person to bring new life to a vast number of people in a forsaken city. By overcoming the people’s thoughts of defeat and sense of impossibility, he brought them through to a victorious promise. It begins with an organized organization, overcoming discouragement and malignant attacks and deceptions, restoring order and consoling labor and brought forth a truly revitalization for his people.”

Be inspired by the leadership example of Nehemiah. Learn practical examples and lessons taken from actual leadership situations. Order Dr. Al M. Reimer’s book “From Wine-Taster to Wall-Builder: A Guide to Building Good Leadership Skills” on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
