S.J. Tagliareni’s “Roving Leadership” - Free Download Tomorrow (2/17/2020)

Pasadena, CA – WEBWIRE

Best Seller Publishing announces the release of S.J. Tagliareni’s new book, Roving Leadership: Creating Choices for Meaning & Inspiration.” It will be available for free download in the Amazon Kindle Store on February 17th.

“Roving Leadership, Creating Choices for Meaning & Inspiration” is the result of a lifetime of academic research, real life experiences and the privilege of being mentored for three years by Viktor Frankl. The stories of successful leadership are across the spectrum of the human experience. Much of traditional Leadership theory is too limited and exclusive based on leadership myths. Leadership is not static and merely owned by powerful and privileged persons. Leadership moves according to the needs and skills required to meet challenges. Roving Leadership creates purpose and inspiration in the most ordinary experiences. It focuses on creating the passion for one to find their voice in personal and career experiences.

After reading “Roving Leadership” the reader will have the opportunities to:

  • Understand that they have opportunities to lead,
  • Examine the influence of unexamined beliefs and negative self-talk,
  • Create new positive beliefs and self-talk,
  • Use Dissatisfaction as a catalyst for positive change,
  • Reject restrictive leadership myths,
  • Create a positive personal vision supported by concrete goals,
  • Have opportunities to develop personal and career goals,
  • Develop alternative strategies to reframe personal and business relationships,
  • Develop and understand their personal leadership style,
  • Understand the value of allies, mentors and coaches.

“Roving Leadership” by S.J. Tagliareni will be free and available for download on Amazon for 5 days (2/17/2020 – 2/21/2020) at:

“Roving Leadership” has a 5.0-star rating on Here’s what some people are saying:

“The concept of roving leadership is relatively new me. Like Dr. Tagliareni, I agree that leadership is defined much too narrowly. The evidence that he suggests related to missed opportunities for leadership are powerful! And the ideas/concepts about organizational leadership are especially powerful since I agree that there is a tremendous edge for an organization when everyone has a sense of ownership and a commitment to the organizational environment, that everyone thrives. I found chapter 1 on Breaking the leadership myths to be especially insightful and the myths that are pervasive in our thinking really challenge leaders and leadership development. As Dr. Tagliareni notes, the myths that leaders are born, not made should be erased as a truth. And in my experience, leaders are not always found at the top, they exist at every level of successful organizations. And leaders too, do not need to be verbal and extraverted; there are leadership opportunities for every kind of personalities. Finally, past failures do not prevent leadership; they actually present key moments to expand one’s leadership acumen. This book is a gem!” –AC

“I loved this book, the writing style is welcoming from the beginning. Personally, not being employed, I found it not to be so much about corporate / business leadership but about life itself. So many of Sal’s ideas can easily be incorporated into anyone’s life, working or not. There are opportunities for all of us, to take the lead in small and varied ways. and we often do so without even realizing it. It is not a step by step how to, rather an eye opening , self awareness manual. I see myself going back to certain chapters over and over. I highly recommend it.” – Trisha T.
