Gorilla Logic Names Rick Gaisser Chief Financial Officer

Gorilla Logic, a leading software development and consulting services provider, today announced that Rick Gaisser has been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Rick joins the Gorilla Logic team to provide financial and executive leadership as the company continues on its growth trajectory.

Gorilla Logic’s successful service model with distributed Agile teams in the U.S., Costa Rica, and Colombia has driven significant ongoing growth over the past several years. As CFO, Rick will be responsible for the financial management and business operations of the expanding company.

Rick brings 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on IT services. He has successfully built finance teams capable of maturing with a scaling company, managed new system implementations to increase efficiency, and created long-term relationships with clients and partners. Prior to joining Gorilla Logic, Rick served as Datavail’s Chief Financial Officer. He has also held key roles with Ciber, Avid Technology and Applied Biosystems. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from San Jose State. He is based in Gorilla Logic’s headquarters office.
