HBIS Producing China’s First 6mm Hot Base Galvanized Plates

HBIS has successfully produced its first plates of 6mm extra thick hot base galvanized plates, type SGH340, DX51D+Z, for a Malasian client. Test results show excellent reading of  thickness of Zinc, surfance quality, yeilding strength. The plates will be used to manufacture light steel frame. These types of 6mm thickness galvanized plates were the first domestically made in China.
Hot base Galvanized plates are widely used to manufacture Tubular steel silo, construction structures, passenger cars, automobiles, express way guardrails, cold rolled substitute. Market potential is big.
