Jack Canfield, Founder of The Canfield Training Group and NY Times Best-Selling Author of “The Success Principles” and “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series is proud to introduce his newest Canfield Certified Trainer in The Success Principles and The Canfield Methodology, Louise Neel Hoyer.

Louise has spent countless hours learning, practicing and teaching the proven methods of The Success Principles so that she can facilitate greater success for individuals and groups around the world. By becoming a Certified Trainer in The Canfield Methodology, Louise has successfully demonstrated that she has intensely studied the material, applied it to her own life and her teaching, and is now equipped to be teaching this powerfully transformative work to you or your organization. 

Louise is also a partner and management consultant at HUMAN UNIVERZ, where she works as change manager, trainer, speaker and mentor.

She has over 17 years of experience moving people and businesses effectively from where they are to where they want to be by using approaches, methods and tools from the disciplines of change management, change communication, behavioral design, personal development, human psychology, neuroscience and mindset.

Louise has been involved in many large and complex change projects in both Danish and International companies. Examples of projects are planning, roll-out and implementation of strategies, customer culture projects, IT-systems, major organizational changes, company acquisitions, insourcing and outsourcing of employees in both Denmark, the Nordic and Europe, and the use of offshore / nearshore locations for expanding companies. She also operates and facilitates two communication networks at the largest Danish communication portal, network and training provider, K-forum.

In addition, she has worked for 10 years as a communication manager and has been responsible for a number of teams. She has also advised managers at all levels in both Danish and international companies in relation to effective manager communication, change communication and change management.

Louise uses her business and organizational understanding and insights in human psychology to ensure the best change management approach and implementation strategy. Throughout each project she works on, Louise keeps focus on high involvement of both top management, middle management and employees. She pays special attention to how her clients can become conscious of their mindset and behaviors and what it needs to take them from where they are to where they want to be.

She does this through workshops, leadership development courses, keynote and inspirational speeches, mentoring, and one-on-one coaching.

Louise holds a master in Media Studies and Sociology, has participated in numerous courses and training courses on communication, management and change management and is certified in PROSCI ADKAR and in behavioral design.
