Charles Vela Examines Good versus Evil in “His Will”
How does one make a decision knowing it will affect the fate of an entire nation?
Prime Hernandez is at a crossroad. Every step he takes has the potential of tipping whatever precarious balance is left in his country, and whichever way he looks, people are bound to suffer consequences—not just him, but also the innocent. How can a man bear that kind of burden?
Years ago, this same nation trampled the corrupt and oppressive forces in their midst. People from all walks of life fought as one against the corrupt, dark forces that are no less than the leaders of their society. They proved that working toward one goal was possible even if they too are divided regarding certain aspects. Can they do it again now that the evil within the highest ranks of power has resurrected? Can Prime Hernandez lead his nation toward another victory and toward lasting peace?
In the action-packed thriller, “His Will,” author Charles E. Vela explores a dystopian United States and the internal battles being waged inside the mind of the protagonist. Will he resolve his own conflicts in time to save a country from plummeting into sure darkness?
