Winter Season at Piazzetta in Four Seasons Hotel Prague

The summer pop-up restaurant Piazzetta at Four Seasons Hotel Prague will not be hibernating this winter, as it transforms into a fairy-tale Winter Terrace where traditional Italian dishes and gelato give way to mulled wine and hot chocolate served from a food truck.

Until January 5, 2020, every afternoon from 1:00 to 8:00 pm, Piazzetta will be open to Hotel guests and the general public to enjoy traditional Christmas drinks and food as well as marshmallows roasted on a beautiful fireplace. This romantic Winter Terrace is accessible from both the Hotel and the Vltava riverbank, and visitors can drop in at any time during opening hours, without prior reservation, to grab a seasonal treat while strolling around historic Prague.

As the name suggests, the Piazzetta concept is inspired by traditional ancient Italian town squares. Instead of the fresh summer Mediterranean dishes, various goodies typical for this period of year will be available, including raclette toast, pinza (special kind of pizza), sausage and cheese variations, sweet or spicy pancakes, and goulash. For drinks, as well as mulled wine and hot chocolate, visitors can enjoy the classic Italian drink popular in the wintertime, bombardino, as well as cider.
