Fujifilm Showcases ELUXEO® Platform and Supports Educational Programs at NYSGE 2019

(Booth #400) – FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc., a leading provider of endoscopic imaging solutions, and part of the Fujifilm Healthcare portfolio, will present its ELUXEO advanced endoscopic visualization system and full portfolio of 700 series core GI and 580 series interventional endoscopes at the New York Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy’s 43^rd Annual Meeting held December 19-20, 2019 at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York, NY. Fujifilm will also supply the technology to support a series of educational events including live cases and hands-on workshops starting on December 18.

Fujifilm’s Core GI portfolio, consisting of the ELUXEO Endoscopic Visualization System and 700 Series Endoscopes will be available for demonstration in booth #400. The ELUXEO system features 4-LED Multi-Light Technology, enabling high quality white light images, as well as image enhanced endoscopy modes: Blue Light Imaging (BLI) and Linked Color Imaging (LCI®). The ELUXEO platform offers improved image quality in terms of sharpness and brightness, delivering enhanced visual information for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in daily clinical practice.  The newly launched 700 Series portfolio is fully equipped with Ultra-Slim, Standard, Zoom, and Therapeutic Gastroscopes, and Slim, Adult, Standard and Zoom Colonoscopes.

Annual New York GI Fellows Endoscopy Course
Directed by Christopher J. DiMaio, MD, and Robin B. Mendelsohn, MD, this course is designed to increase knowledge, competence, and performance of advanced therapeutic endoscopy techniques among gastroenterology trainees.  A faculty of nationally known interventional endoscopists will present best practice techniques across a broad spectrum of therapeutic endoscopy. Course participants will gain hands-on experience with Fujifilm’s ED-580XT Duodenoscope, which features a removable, single-use endcap, and the EG-580UT Endoscopic Ultrasound Scope as well as Fujifilm’s 700 Series Gastroscopes and Colonoscopes.  This course will take place on Wednesday, December 18, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
 
Yes, You Can Do That! Adding More Endoscopy Skills to Your Practice
Directed by Adam J. Goodman, MD and Lauren G. Khanna, MD, MS, this workshop will enable gastroenterologists to expand their endoscopic toolkit by providing training for procedures and techniques they may not currently offer in their practices. In addition, the program will expose gastroenterologists to new devices and products which might be employed during procedures that are currently offered, among those, Fujifilm’s ELUXEO advanced visualization system, including their new 700 series colonoscopes and gastroscopes. This course will be held Wednesday, December 18, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
