HBIS & BBMG Deepening Strategic Industrial Chain Cooperation

HBIS and BBMG signed a Complete Industrial Chain Strategic Cooperation Agreement in HBIS headquarter to strengthen their cooperation in efficient resource application, merger of different industries and coordinated development of new strategic industries. The agreement will allow the two groups to optimize their resource allocations and build a cooridnated partnership to improve their competitiveness in the market and provide better services to clients. They will jointly seek opportunities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated region and the high quality development of the country. HBIS CCP and Group chairman Yu Yong, BBMG CCP and Group Chairman Jiang Deyi witness the signature and HBIS Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Wang Xindong, BBMG Vice President, CCP Committee Member Jiang Yingwu signed the agreement.

The new agreement will enable the partners to find new opportunities in traditional business, energy conservation and environmental protection, financing, value-added business and new strategic industries. The coopeartion will optimize their resource allocations and cooridnate their efforts in building a new industrial chain to reform and upgrade their industries and improve profits.

Jiang Deyi said strengthening the cooperation with HBIS and serving the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development was the concensus of the two groups. With highly similar management vision and complementary businesses, the partners could strengthen their coopeartion in the whole chain and explore more opportunties.
