HBIS & BGRIMM Group Signing Complete Industrial Chain Strategic Cooperation Agreement

 HBIS and Beijing General Research Institute of Mining &Metallurgy Group (BGRIMM) signed a Complete Industrial Chain Strategic Cooperation Agreement in HBIS headquarter to deepen their cooperation application of mineral resources, metallurgy, R&D of new materials and new industries. They will strengthen their cooperation in Belt & Road Initiative projects and push the reform and upgrade of Chinese steel indusdtry forward and assist the coordinated development Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei region. HBIS CCP & Group Chairman Yu Yong met BGRIMM CCP & Group Chairman Xia Xiaoou agreed to deepen their communications and witnessed the signature of the agreement. HBIS Vice President and Cheif Technology Officer Wang Xindong, BGRIMM President, CCP Deputy Chairman Han Long signed the agreement and made their speeches.  

Yu Yong said HBIS had been working closely with BGRIMM over the years. We have more room to grow together in the region and businesses. To BGRIMM, the shear size and resources of HBIS is its huge market and its R&D capabilities and high quality teams are very valuable to HBIS. In future, the partners should strengthen their strategic cooperation and make actual and mutual progresses. 

Xia Xiaoou said the two groups could have a high quality development in technological innovation, technology application and informtion sharing. In future, BGRIMM will implement its business concept of Maximum Resource Application and Win-Win Coopeartion. By taking advantages of its technologies, HR and Innovation resources, BGRIMM will provide highly efficient and high quality services to HBIS. The two companies will grow together. 

With the agreement in place, the two groups will focus on core sectors of the value chain and deepen their communications and cooperation in resource development and application and mining equipment. They will joingly strengthen technology innovation and application, particularly in magnetic material development and industrial application and the industrialization of magnetic materials. With their own advantages, the two companies will launch metal powder, metal coating material and surface engineering R&D facilities. Implementing the Belt & Road Initiative projects, the two groups will jointly establish laboratories to explore more opportunities in environmental protection and other strategic projects.
