New York – WEBWIRE

The financial executive Gabrielle Sulzberger has been elected to the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The election took place at the November 12 meeting of the Board and was announced by Daniel Brodsky, the Museum’s Chairman. Ms. Sulzberger will serve as an Elective Trustee.

“It gives me great pleasure to welcome Gaby Sulzberger to the Board of The Met,” said Mr. Brodsky in making the announcement. “She has broad experience in retail, consumer products, and other industries and has served on boards of diverse companies and non-profit organizations throughout the country. Her wide-ranging interests and deep corporate governance experience will enhance our Board, and I look forward to working with her.”
