City of Toronto to launch new online resource to help homeowners improve energy efficiency

Mayor John Tory will launch BetterHomesTO, a one-stop online resource where Toronto homeowners can find information, resources, programs, rebates and incentives to help them undertake home energy retrofits. Mayor Tory will also proclaim November 5 as Residential Energy Efficiency Day in Toronto.
