BBC Sport NI is to provide comprehensive coverage of this year’s GAA Ulster Senior Football Club Championship with action shown across TV, online and on BBC iPlayer.

This Saturday, the Ulster Senior Football Club Championship quarter final between Crossmaglen Rangers and Clontibret O’Neills will be streamed live on the BBC Sport NI website and on the BBC Sport app.

Thomas Niblock is joined by Martin Clarke for live coverage on the first of the quarter final games starting at 7pm from the Athletic Grounds.

BBC Sport NI will also have highlights of the other three quarter final fixtures (played on Sunday) on BBC iPlayer on Monday evening.

There will be highlights of the two semi-final ties on BBC iPlayer on the evening of Monday 18 November, from the previous weekend.

And to mark the Ulster Club Football Final at the start of December, a special BBC Two Northern Ireland programme will have highlights of the match and will explore what the game means to the parish, the clubs and the people who live in the area. Playing For The Parish, on Tuesday 3 December at 10pm, will give viewers an insight into the build-up, anticipation and the excitement felt at the grass-roots level. It will follow the two clubs involved in the final and provide an insight into how the local GAA club can bring communities together and create rivalries between neighbouring clubs and parishes.

Neil Brittain, Executive Editor Sport, BBC Northern Ireland, says: “We understand the significance of the Ulster Club Football Championship among supporters and we’re always looking at ways to enhance what we do for GAA fans so we’re really pleased to be able to provide this package of coverage. We have been working closely with Croke Park and the Ulster Council and I’d like to thank the GAA for their help in developing this package of coverage. In recent weeks we have been providing reports and highlights on our digital platforms of the county finals on our website and we’re looking forward to the Ulster Senior Football Club Championship and what is sure to be some fantastic action coming up.”

The presentation team for the Ulster Club Championship will be Mark Sidebottom, Thomas Kane, Tessa Fleming and Thomas Niblock.
