HomeAid Colorado and Taylor Morrison Renovate Apartments for Individuals Getting Back on Their Feet

HomeAid Colorado in partnership with Taylor Morrison has completed a multi-unit renovation of Champa House, a transitional home run by Providence Network.

Providence Network is a network of six housing communities that support and rally around people who are seeking to transform their lives. The units at Champa House are slated specifically for individuals transitioning from addiction and homelessness, back into society. The ability to have a stable place to call home, with the support of a community, gives individuals a chance to get back on their feet and work toward a brighter future.

Led by builder captain Taylor Morrison, four apartments were transformed with new cabinets, appliances, remodeled bathrooms, flooring, paint, and window coverings.

“Developing a sense of community is one of the most important steps in recovery.” said Ricarda Dietsch, Division President at Taylor Morrison. “Taylor Morrison is proud to renovate not only the apartments but the main gathering area for the residents to become self-sufficient, productive members of the community.”
