AgTech executive Lou Faust Joins HerdDogg at Chief Executive Officer

HerdDogg, Inc., a leader in innovative precision livestock technologies and animal health, today announced that the Board of Directors has unanimously elected Louis Faust as Chief Executive Officer. Faust succeeds HerdDogg’s current CEO and Founder Melissa Brandao, who will transition to leading HerdDogg’s sales and marketing efforts as Chief Revenue Officer.

Faust is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience. Most recently he was the Chief Executive Officer of Agribotix, LLC, an agricultural intelligence company delivering information to farmers to help increase yields and profits using drone-enabled technologies. He sold Agribotix to a NYSE company in the second half of 2018. He has run three institutionally funded companies and is a board advisor to several companies. Earlier in his career, he spent ten years on Wall Street at Salomon Brothers where he was a Managing Director and ran Global Operations. He holds a J.D from the University of California, Davis where he was a member of the law review.
