IKEA Kitchen Cabinets Ranked “Highest Customer Satisfaction” in 2019 J.D. Power Satisfaction Study

IKEA SEKTION Kitchen cabinets were ranked “Highest Customer Satisfaction with Kitchen Cabinets” for 2019*, by J.D. Power, a global data & analytics company that represents the Voice of the Customer. 

The 2019 J.D. Power Satisfaction Study ranked IKEA SEKTION** kitchen cabinets against eight other brands based on its performance in five factors: operational performance, ordering and delivery, price, design features and warranty. IKEA received the highest ranking with an overall satisfaction score of 857 out of 1000, marking the fifth time out of eight years that IKEA SEKTION ranks within the top two spots for kitchen cabinets.
