Grandfolk.com is thrilled about its acquisition of SeniorsHomeExchange.com and plans to build a home sharing product offering for seniors.
Grandfolk (Grandfolk.com), a senior service and product review platform, today announced that it has made a strategic acquisition of Seniors Home Exchange (SeniorsHomeExchange.com), in which SeniorsHomeExchange.com will provide a foundation for productization of senior home sharing on Grandfolk.com.
SeniorsHomeExchange.com has historically been the only vacation and home exchange platform exclusively to +50 year age group. Since its launch in 1998, the site has provided significant value to a steady stream of senior vacation home renters and owners.
Grandfolk plans to initally merge SeniorsHomeExchange.com into it’s current Vacation Rental subdivision while productizing an enhanced home sharing capability on Grandfolk.com exclusive to seniors 50 years or older.
