Nolita House will be hosting a live urban art performance and will be serving a special prix fix dinner while street savvy artists compete against classically trained artists.

Manhattan, NY, May 5, 2005: On Tuesday, May 24th, 2005 from 7 pm until 10 pm, Nolita House will be hosting a live urban art performance and will be serving a special prix fix dinner for $24.95. Guests will see street savvy artists compete against classically trained artists in a timed “artist’s duel.” At the end of the event, guests will decide the winner and will have a chance to purchase the art. Some of the prix fix menu choices will include: Chilled Gazpacho with Maryland Crab; Duck Breast Served with Valdeon Potato Gratin, Wilted Spinach & Shallots and topped with Mission Fig Coulis; SautĂ©ed Skate Served with Roasted Corn and Asparagus Salsa and topped with Lemon Caper Butter Sauce; and Lobster Ravioli in a Brown Butter Sauce and topped with Shaved 6 Year old Aged Roomano Cheese. Dinner will be served from 5pm until 11pm. Nolita House will also be serving its standard American comfort food menu. There is no cover charge for the event, but there is a $10 per person per table minimum. Space is limited, so reservations are recommended. Reservations can be made by calling (212) 625-1712.
