Sweden Telecom launches its own product range

Sweden Telecom is preparing to launch a product range under its own brand name. Previously, the company has been primarily a services and solutions supplier within the telecommunications market, carrying a specially-selected range from established suppliers and manufacturers.

“Being able to develop, manufacture and market our own products is an incredible opportunity. As a new hardware supplier, we can offer additional breadth, which gives rise to greater potential for coverage,” says Josef Widström, CEO at Sweden Telecom.


Demands on the network infrastructure are increasing, which is why Sweden Telecom has been receiving inquiries about products and solutions not yet available on the market.


The product range, which includes transceivers, fibre/media converters,routers and xDSL modems, makes it possible to get more out of existing networks and gives the networks increased capacity or flexibility. The products can also contribute to reducing current expenses.

All products are RoHS-compatible, CE-marked and UL-certified.

“The new product line allows us to offer an expanded service level and solve numerous problems on our customers’ behalf,” says Josef Widström.
