“Just wait,” said Santa. “I think I can fix it.” With that, he took a leather pouch out of his coat pocket. “Now, watch closely.”

E. Dorinda Shelley has just released a book for kids titled “Dasher and the Sleigh-Train,” formerly “Santa’s Sleigh Train.” Published by PRGott Books Publishing and illustrated by Eleanor A. Hutton, Dasher imparts a caring attitude toward others and features a Christmas setting.

The story follows Dasher, Santa’s biggest, strongest and handsomest reindeer.  Santa’s sleigh is already overloaded when another problem arises: Dasher feels sick. It’s almost Christmas and Santa needs to deliver all the presents on time.  Santa is becoming increasingly worried!

He holds a meeting with his elves in their workshop and asks for their ideas. Suddenly, Santa notices a little toy train on the table near him. He points to the train and says he might be able to solve their problem.  The elves object saying the train is too small to pack all the toys inside it. Can Santa convince the elves? Will he be able to deliver the Christmas presents on time?

The answer will be revealed when everyone gets a copy of “Dasher and the Sleigh-Train.”

E. Dorinda Shelley’s book is now available through Amazon and at www.dorindashelleybooks.com.
