Persuasive writer Walter Madenford republished his book on Biblical interpretations

Scripture lovers will find a renewed perspective of the Holy Book as Walter Madenford revived his writing on “Going Against the Tide – Prophetically: An Assessment of Current Teachings from the Pre-Tribulation Viewpoint” (ReadersMagnet; 2018). “Going Against the Tide – Prophetically” was first published in 2004 and will be featured at the 2019 Miami International Book Fair on November 17-24, 2019 at the Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus.
 
Founded by Miami Dade College and community partners, this annual affair promotes reading, encourage writing, and heighten an awareness of literacy and the literary arts in Miami’s multi-ethnic community. The book fair hosts special programs and features award-winning authors over the years, which attracts a huge number of guests.
 
This year, ReadersMagnet joins the Miami Book Fair International in its 36^th year and features a number of works from authors under its belt, including Madenford’s.
 
With nearly 60 years of focus on the Scriptures, Madenford proffers a renewed interpretation on the apocalyptic prophecy especially on pre-tribulation theology. He cautions the readers to read the Scriptures at least three times such as the Books of Ezekiel, Daniel, Joel, and Zechariah, as well as the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The author also includes several epistles in the New Testament and recommends reading the King James Version (KJV), New King James Version (NKJV), New American Standard (NASB), and Amplified Bible.
 
Madenford views the prophecy slowly unfolding in this world such as Russia and Britain representing the various “beasts” of prophecy, the revelation of the “antichrist,” and the setting up of another world war based on modern geopolitics. He even relates images of animals to countries like the Chinese bomber jets likened to flying leopards and Russia to a great bear. The author’s interpretations are persuasive enough to allow the readers make up their minds and process the facts, which are usually overlooked.

He graduated from the evening school division of Philadelphia College of Bible, now CAIRN University, over 30 years ago. Throughout the years, he felt that the accumulated knowledge should be shared with others, and the reader is left with the decision whether this “elder” has been led astray by evil powers or perhaps his own imagination, or the Spirit of God has illuminated his mind in his search for truth.
