About the Author 

Ronnie W. Nickell was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At one month old, his family moved to Texas. He was raised in Midland, Texas, and has worked in the oil field for forty-five years. In addition to writing a children’s book, Ronnie is an avid craftsman who enjoys working with native Texas cedar, as well as other natural resources.
