U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Grad & 2019 Athletic Hall Of Fame Inductee Launches Personal Injury Law Firm Specializing In Maritime And Offshore Worker Injuries

Leaving it All on the Field… in the Courtroom & in Negotiations

Houston, TX, USA – WEBWIRE

As a four-year starter for the Merchant Marine Academy football team in the early 2000’s, David McNeal enjoyed phenomenal success leading his team from the backfield. In 2002 alone, McNeal rushed for 1,890 yards on 318 carries, scored 18 touchdowns, 108 points, and had six 200-plus yard performances—all single-season Academy records. McNeal was named an All-American by three organizations and was the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Player of the Year. On September 20th, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy will honor McNeal’s historic running back campaign when he is inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame.

As a first team All-American running back and Team Captain, McNeal’s offensive-minded aggression, dedication and leadership on the field was exceptional. Today he carries that mindset forward into the legal battlefield, fighting for justice and protecting rights—one client at a time. David McNeal is proud to announce the launch of the HurtWorkingOffshore.com and The McNeal Law Group, PLLC.  Whether the matter is of a criminal or civil nature, Attorney McNeal represented “The Mariners” as an athlete and continues to do so as an attorney.  While his specialty is in assisting injured seamen and seawomen who have been injured while performing their duties in service to a vessel, he proudly represents the interests of veterans, offshore workers, and merchant mariners alike in an array of other personal injury matters including car collisions, 18-wheeler collisions and more.

Justice, Loyalty, and Dependability are values Attorney McNeal holds in highest esteem as a former Marine, Naval Reservist, and Merchant Mariner and he brings these values to every case he takes on. He broke his arm scoring a touchdown on his last career collegiate play and will put forth the same effort to get his client’s cases across the “goal-line”.

Injuries can be not only be emotionally and physically draining, but also costly. An injury that occurs while working offshore could be life-changing – or worse.  If you’ve suffered an injury, it may have been caused by the negligence of another party. You need an offensive-minded attorney on your side who will not only take the ball and run, but who will reach, stretch, and keep his “legs” moving to get you the maximum compensation possible whatever way possible. Attorney McNeal considers every client to be a part of the family, and he and his staff will work tirelessly to protect your rights and get you the compensation you deserve.
