About the Author
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Vicky Ciocon-Heler earned her bachelor’s degree from Maryknoll College and completed her graduate studies at Stanford, Santa Clara, USF. She has 46 years’ experience with early childhood education and administration. She owns an infant/toddler pre-school center in Palo Alto, California since 1985.
