BRF Honors more than 200 Employees in Francis Beltrão (PR)

BRF, one of the largest food companies in the world, honored the trajectory of 251 employees of the Francisco Beltrão unit at a party that gathered around 550 people, including employees, family and friends, at Santa Fé Clube de Campos, on the 17th. of August. The initiative is part of the Our People, Our History (NGNH) program, organized in all BRF units in Brazil as a way to value the dedication of the employees who participate in the construction of the company. 

In the city, 71 people were recognized with 10 years of work, 116 with 15 years, 38 with 20 years, 24 with 25 years and one with 30 years. “I thank all those honored for their commitment in all these years of home. Our employees contribute not only to a beautiful success story, but to the quality, integrity and safety of BRF every day, ”says Rubens Modena, Paraná Regional Industrial Director. 

“With the honor we realize how important we are and are valued by BRF. We were recognized for the dedication we had over the years in the company, which was worth it. These were moments of admiration and a lot of pride, ”says Rosimeri Fatima da Silva Santos, a production operator who has worked at BRF for 25 years. Nilton Antonio Franciscon, BRF’s production operator, who is 30 years old, has also been honored. “It was very gratifying to receive this honor and very nice to have a surprise that my family did with the help of BRF”, he says. 

Paulo Lesskiu, Francisco Beltrão Industrial Executive Manager, Clair Oliveira, Francisco Beltrão Agricultural Manager, Vilto Meurer, Two Neighbor Industrial Executive Manager, Ademir Cikoski, Toledo Utilities Manager and the Regional Director of Paraná Regional Farming, Guilherme Brandt. In August, Our People Our History was also held at the Dois Vizinhos unit, in Paraná, and at the Campos Novos and Herval D’Oeste units, in Santa Catarina.
