Ina Maller named CEO and Director of Thales Alenia Space in Belgium

Ina Maller has been named Chief Executive Officer and Director of Thales Alenia Space in Belgium, effective September 1st. Thales Alenia Space has three facilities in Belgium, in Charleroi, Leuven and Hasselt.

A graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and HEC Paris business school, with a major in quantitative Finance, Ina Maller started her career in finance, first in financial management in Stockholm and then within mergers & acquisitions in London. Starting  2005, she joined the management consulting firm McKinsey, where she worked on projects in around ten different countries, mainly in the high-tech and aerospace sectors.

Ina Maller joined the Thales group in 2013 as Director of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions in the Secure Communications and Information Systems division.  

In 2015 she was named Director of CEO Office and Group Holdings, reporting to Patrice Caine, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Thales. As part of her scope, she was involved in Space related work concerning Telespazio, in which Thales holds a minority stake and which together with Thales Alenia Space forms the Space Alliance.
