The Board of Directors of CeLEA Announces the Appointment of Michael Skinner as New Interim Director

Peterborough, ON: December 5th, 2006 – Michael Skinner, President & CEO of Operitel Corporation has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Canadian eLearning Enterprise Alliance (CeLEA) as one of two new interim directors. CeLEA is an industry-based organization, established in 2003, to help Canadian elearning companies increase their share of revenues from the growing global elearning market place.
