Diaz offers a voice of soothing authority that should particularly please white-knucklers overly stressed about flying. His accessible narrative poses Q-and-A’s in eye-catching subheadings, with answers conveyed in a pleasant, nonpatronizing tone. - Kirkus Review

If you frequently travel by air, and even if you don’t, chances are that you tend to look at the airplane as something magical. It’s able to fly through the air despite its size and weight, there are so many moving parts and you don’t know how they are able to move, it seems to take so much effort to make it fly. You don’t exactly know how it works; you only know that it does and you are happy with that.

In this book, Capt. Carlos Enrique Diaz explains in plain language what happens on a regular airline flight from start to finish, what makes planes fly and all you can expect to normally happen on a regular airline flight.

He also explains things like why sometimes flights are delayed, how pilots are trained, and why aviation is the safest form of transportation.

This book is ideal for frequent travelers, those who are afraid to fly, or those who simply want to know about the intricacies of modern flight.
The book can be read in any order since every chapter is independent from the others. Do not miss the “frequently asked questions” section and the one outlining “what to expect when flying during winter”

“To All Airline Passengers” will be displayed in the upcoming Word on the Street, the biggest literary event in Canada this year on September 22 in Toronto. Grab a copy of his book at Amazon and your favorite online book retailers.
