Former High School Math Teacher and Mystery Author JB Clemmens Published a Gripping Novel About the Death of a Celebrity Writer

Mystery fans will exalt former high school mathematics teacher JB Clemmens as she published another gripping story on the death of local celebrity writer Walt Whitlock in “The Numbered Cups Mystery: Lieutenant James Mysteries” (Volume 4). Released in 2014 by CreateSpace, Clemmens’ book delves into the mind-boggling investigation on the writer’s death.
Walt is poisoned at a barbecue at the Townsend home in Winburg, and Lieutenant James handles the investigation. The lieutenant finds a tainted bourbon not only in Walt’s cup numbered “#5” but in one of several cups marked “#7.” Although he determines the sense of so many #7 cups, he still has to find the assassin.
Walt’s geriatric neighbor Lucy Trent, who brought in the pint bottle of Starsilk Preferred Bourbon to the picnic, and his publisher Oliver Townsend, who had an argument with Walt before he died, are investigated, but both deny committing the atrocious crime. Fingerprints from another guest Eileen Forsyth are also found on the poisoned cup while Whitlock’s collegiate buddy John is missing after the party. Meanwhile, an important document disappears, too, and the lieutenant must ascertain and capture the real offender.
