Juniper Networks Introduces J-Assure Advanced Services for Maximizing High Performance Networks


One of Industry’s First Senior-Level Subscription Services Program That Complements Software Releases for Network Optimization

SUNNYVALE, Calif., December 4, 2006 - Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: JNPR) today announced J-Assure Advanced Services, a subscription-based comprehensive suite of services aimed at delivering continuous, proactive support to service providers, enterprises and J-Partners. J-Assure tightly couples a subscription services and support model with Juniper’s software release model, which provides customers direct access to designated service managers and senior Juniper engineers. This service allows customers to take advantage of new feature releases for Juniper solutions including the branch office, remote access, network access control, data center, and IPTV. As a result, J-Assure customers receive on-going support to allow customers to fine-tune and optimize their networks for the highest level of performance and maximize the value of their hardware purchases.

J-Assure Advanced Services are available in four packages, and may include service management, customer-focused technical support and proactive services.

* Prime features service management, which provides a designated advocate within Juniper for account coordination and case escalations.
* Prime Plus offers service providers and large enterprises direct access to a designated team of expert resources 24x7 with extensive knowledge of the customer’s specific network and business.
* ProACT combines senior engineers to provide forward-looking services to optimize network performance with service management.
* ProACT Plus is a combination of Prime Plus features and ProACT, which is designed for mission critical networks where the network is the business.
