Musician and author Pleze Raybon joins the 2019 Miami Book Fair
Raybon not only promotes his book at the fair but also “the one absolute truth.”
The minister who said “how can God create darkness if there’s no darkness in Him?” has not read the truth of Isaiah 45:7: “…I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.”
Pleze Raybon publishes an intriguing read about Christian spirituality through his book “The Truth” (ReadersMagnet; 2019). He steers to revert the misbelief in the Scriptures to his attentive interpretations.
One instance of misbelief is the thousand year gap in the 1st chapter of Genesis between verses 1 & 2, which is the banishment of Satan from heaven. This gap is claimed by some ministers. However, Raybon refutes that the gap is not even mentioned in the Bible. He persuades the readers to be cautious about the truth that others claim, even if they come from the ministers of the church.
Raybon also injects another helpful yet simple interpretation: everything God wants readers to know is in His word. Adding a so-called “truth” is a violation to the Scriptures. Anyone who adds truth is worthy to be called a liar, as he emphasizes through the verses in Proverbs 30:5-6.

About the Author
Pleze Raybon was born on April 23, 1950 in the small town of Winnfield, LA. He went to Pinecrest High school and learned to play the trumpet where he played with different local bands. He graduated in 1968 and moved to Michigan in 1969 with hopes of performing the likes of Motown. However, it never came into fruition, so he joined a group called Martini in the mid-70s and performed alongside Carolyn Franklin. In 1979 Pleze had a life-changing experience by accepting Jesus Christ as the Lord. He has recorded two gospel CDs “The Comforter” and “Amalgamated Love.” He has also appeared in special performances for the luminaries like Dr. Myles Munroe, Kingsley Fletcher and Rev Jefferson Edwards. Now, nothing stops Pleze from writing two movie scripts and he prays seeing them on the big screen someday.
