Barn Animals Dance to Life in New Children’s Book

Author depicts what animals do after a long day at the farm

Ludlow, Pennsylvania – WEBWIRE

The nursery rhyme “Old MacDonald Had a Farm” is one of the first songs most children learn, introducing different farm animals and their sounds in an engaging way. However, what if these farm animals also danced? This is what Deborah Lorenzo visualizes in her book, The Barnyard Ball.” This new children’s book shows that even animals can groove too.

As the day at the farm ends, the night for the animals begins. Once Farmer Fred is fast asleep, all the animals leave the barn and gather together to celebrate the Barnyard Ball. With the pasture as their dance floor and the donkey as their DJ, they each show their best dance moves. All the animals dance throughout the night—until the rooster’s wake-up call.

Filled with fun rhymes and told with enthusiasm, author Deborah Lorenzo’s imaginative book entertains not only children but their parents as well. Have fun with farm animals as they move their feet to the beat in “The Barnyard Ball.”
