Forbes Ranks The Estée Lauder Companies #1 Best Employer for Women

The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is ranked No. 1 on Forbes’ List of America’s Best Employers for Women 2019, released. The company climbed 21 spots from 2018, when Forbes first introduced this list, to claim the coveted top position this year.
