Denver-based Platform Capital acquired Nebraska-based Perrin Manufacturing for an undisclosed sum in June. The acquisition includes fully-owned subsidiary brands Dynasys and Tridako Energy Systems, Inc., manufacturer of The PowerCube™APU.

With a 40-year history of award winning design and manufacturing experience, Perrin Manufacturing designs, tests and builds HVAC systems for off-road, heavy duty vehicles. The PowerCube™APU is a leading edge auxiliary power unit approved by the EPA SmartWay Clean Diesel program to reduce emissions. Dynasys™ APUs provide dependable, energy-efficient performance with convenient service intervals that match scheduled truck maintenance.
