Hans Stöcker reappointed to the board of FrieslandCampina

Hans Stöcker has been reappointed to the Board of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. The Members Council of the dairy cooperative voted in favour of the reappointment at its meeting of 19 June 2019. The reappointment will take effect from 17 December 2019.

Hans Stöcker will stand down and be considered for re-election on a rotation basis. The reappointment also covers his role as a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V.

Hans Stöcker has been a member of the Board since 14 December 2011. At FrieslandCampina’s predecessors, Stöcker held already various board positions for a longer period of time. Stöcker owns a dairy farm in Engelskirchen (Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany).
