Seven new members join the CE100 network

The Foundation’s largest network continues to expand with seven new members joining the diverse and dynamic CE100.

The target has been set to see 100% of their forest-based fibre cartons FSC (Forest Stewardship Certified) by 2025.

The Group’s Absolut vodka distillery in Ahus, Sweden, for example, is the world’s first carbon neutral distillery, deploying innovative processes to move towards circular production and minimise waste. Additionally, Pernod Ricard has increased the recycled content of its packaging to 43%. The group has joined the CE100 network to accelerate their ambition to ban all promotional items made from single-use plastic and ensure 100% of their packaging is recyclable, compostable, reusable, or bio-based by 2025.

Representatives will join the global CE100 network at Acceleration Workshops and other collaborative events to offer insights and new ideas.
