The Mama Shelter adventure began in 2008 with Mama Paris East. The brand has never hidden its desire to aim high, and has only opened its doors in districts with a captivating history. Marseille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro, Belgrade, Prague, and Toulouse have joined the MAMA family, highlighting unusual places that are open to everyone.

Today, the brand continues to expand. Lille, London, Paris—cities proud of their rich heritage but also looking to the future; cities where the dream of a peaceful life will finally become a reality.

Situated just steps from Lille’s 2 main train stations and the Euralille business district designed by architect and urbanist Rem Koolhaas, the Mama Shelter Lille will provide travelers an ideal location from which to explore the city this summer in August 2019. Sitting down with family or friends at a long table where regional dishes made from carefully selected ingredients are served... have you dreamed about it? Of course, you know that Mama Shelter will be setting up in the heart of the English capital in October 2019, only a few minutes from the trains at Cambridge Heath overground and Bethnal Green underground stations. Our London teams are on a mission to provide an experience that goes beyond a typical hotel stay. Macramé wall hangings, lace doilies, wooden and velvet interior... The Mama Shelter London will have the look and feel of a genuine English cottage!

As for the restaurant? A 480 m² (4843 sq. ft.) space serving home-cooked meals. A spacious 92 m² (990 sq. ft.) patio is also available.

The 195 rooms, crafted by famous interior designers Dion & Arles, feature an avant-garde layout that blends comfort and the very latest technology.

Were you planning a short visit to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles this summer? Now there’s the opportunity to stay at our new address, the Mama Shelter Paris West, which will open its doors in August 2019 only 15 minutes from the center of Paris. Since our Group is expanding its services toward “Augmented Hospitality”, this new Parisian location will also provide a co-working space called “Mama Works” that spans 400 m² (4305 sq. ft.).

You can unwind by an open fire while sampling the ample and authentic dishes prepared in collaboration with Guy Savoy—or perhaps you’d prefer to sip a cocktail while taking in the beauty of Paris? The hotel also has its own rooftop bar.

The brand will offer a range of MAMA SKIN beauty products, developed in collaboration with “Absolution”, in each room and directly in store. Our products are organic, unisex, antioxidant, and non-toxic.

Mama Shelter will also have TV screens and free Internet connection in every room, so guests can enjoy a variety of free movies.
