“Flight to Luxury drives our work at PIVOT with impactful donations from our state’s most influential leaders and philanthropists,” said Mimi Roberson, CEO, PIVOT. “As a result, our community benefits and we’re able to pursue critical partnerships with organizations committed to investing in our youth.”

Tickets go on sale today for the 10th Annual Flight to Luxury, one of Denver’s most popular fundraising events supporting the dynamic needs of Colorado youth. The highly-anticipated evening brings together the city’s most prominent culture-makers, business leaders, influencers and philanthropists to raise money for PIVOT, the Colorado nonprofit founded by John Elway, Larry Mueller, and George Solich.

Flight to Luxury will take place Friday, September 13, 2019 at Centennial Airport’s Modern Aviation and Signature Flight Support hangars and will showcase a couture fashion show, cuisine from the city’s top restaurants, a robust silent and live auction, and live entertainment to directly support PIVOT’s next round of collaborative funding.

General admission tickets are available for $500. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the event, 100 tickets will also be available for $100 each as a special promotion starting today. Sponsorship opportunities are also available starting at $2,500. Tickets and sponsorship information are available online at https://bit.ly/2WUWObf.

“PIVOT’s mission is simple - fund meaningful collaborations between nonprofits to create measurable results that improve the lives of youth,” said Larry Mueller, founding trustee and treasurer of PIVOT, and CEO of Cuvée, the global luxury lifestyle company based in Denver that has hosted Flight to Luxury for the last 10 years. “Without the funds raised at this event, PIVOT’s critical impact would not be possible.”

Guests at the 10th Annual Flight to Luxury will be welcomed on a red carpet with champagne and live entertainment as they peruse exotic cars and private jets and enjoy tastings from the top Colorado chefs. Auction lots will feature a stunning portfolio of luxury destination travel packages, including Cuvée’s exclusive residential and experiential offerings located in celebrated areas such as St. Barts, Tuscany, Hawaii, Aspen and more.

Since its inception in 2009, Flight to Luxury has raised over nine million dollars for Denver youth charities. Last year, the event raised over half a million dollars, allowing PIVOT to launch its pilot mission with three leading nonprofit organizations in Colorado:  Kimbal Musk’s organization, Big Green; the DU Graduate School of Professional Psychology; and, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado. Together, the nonprofits are working together to design initiatives that benefit the Girls Athletic Leadership School of Denver (GALS), including installing a learning garden, developing mentoring programs, and placing mental wellness professionals on-campus at the Denver charter school.
