Since her husband’s death in 2004, Carolyn has been wondering how her husband is doing in heaven. So, she collected experiences from different people who have seen heaven through visions or near-death experiences through her book “Heaven is Amazing!”
One of the stories includes a pastor being hit by a truck. The pastor died instantly and then, another pastor passed by and prayed for him. The living pastor sang a song, and then the dead pastor came alive and started singing with him. Another story came from a physician wherein his patient died and came to life again. This time, the patient didn’t go to heaven when he dies but to hell. He returned to life with a renewed spirit and decided to turn his life around so he can enter heaven again. These stories inspired Carolyn to paint a picture of heaven.
“‘Heaven is Amazing!’ is a wonderful picture of Jesus meeting us in heaven, taking us to the throne of the Father,” says Carolyn. She describes heaven as the place that is peaceful, good, and righteous. Heaven is where the senses are enhanced, the colors are vibrant and the music is glorious.

Carolyn T. Linn is a retired educator and banker. She married an academician and bore two wonderful children. She had an amazing family until her husband was diagnosed with a mental illness. After her husband’s death, she coped with her struggle and published “Loving a Beautiful Mind.” She is an advocate for mental illness and travels internationally.
She also released “Heaven is Amazing!” This book is a reflection of her confidence that her husband is thriving in heaven and she knows she will meet him there again.
