About the Author
Arlen Jones graduated summa cum laude in University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff. He also earned his master of science in education at Ouachita Baptist University after serving in the armed forces for twenty-three years. He also serves as a professional educator and was named Chair of the Social Science Department and Teacher. He also received Teacher of the Year award and was acknowledged for outstanding service to students. He received an honorary doctorate degree from Arkansas Baptist College and served on the Board of Trustees. He retired after twenty-eight years of service as Director Federal Programs of Arkansas Department of Education and his service to the United States Army.
