Changes in organizational structure of Gazprom

With a view to streamlining the organizational structure of Gazprom, the following staffing changes have been adopted by the Company.

Departments 333, 336 and 338 are no longer part of Gazprom’s Administration. Departments 121, 123, 613 and 614 have been renamed as Departments 621, 623, 313 and 314, respectively.

Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, will coordinate the activities of Departments 313 and 314. The work of Department 621 will be coordinated by Oleg Aksyutin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee.
