A delegation from Underwriters Laboratories (UL), a global safety certification company headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois in the United States, visited China National Machinery Industry Co (Sinomach) in Beijing on March 22.

Zhang Xiaolun, chairman of Sinomach, welcomed the delegation and discussed with Keith Williams, president and CEO of UL, about the cooperation in making standards and certifications in the equipment manufacturing industry.

Zhang expressed his hope that the two sides will facilitate communication and seek cooperation opportunities in research and development of technologies, as well as training of skilled workers.
