The Adecco Group Completes Share Buyback Programme of EUR 150 Million

Zurich, Switzerland, March 18, 2019: the Adecco Group, the world’s leading HR solutions partner, completes the EUR 150 million share buyback programme started in September 2018.

Under this share buyback programme, the Adecco Group repurchased 3,451,750 of its shares (equivalent to 2.07% of the share capital at the launch of the share buyback programme) via a second trading line on SIX Swiss Exchange. The average purchase price per share excluding commissions was CHF 49.08.

The shareholders of Adecco Group AG will resolve at the Annual General Meeting 2019 on the reduction of share capital through cancellation of all 3,231,750 shares repurchased until February 8, 2019. Resolution on the remaining 220,000 repurchased shares will happen at the Annual General Meeting 2020
