Peter Kreutzfeldt Details the Remarkable Journey of a Man and His Adventures and Experiences during World War II

After his mother married Walter Rickhoff, Peter Kreutzfeldt began traveling numerous times to Poland and Germany. From these experiences, Peter learned countless eye-opening World War II stories. Inspired by these stories and the volumes of notes that Walter wrote, he writes a book to narrate these real accounts during this era.

Through Walter’s experiences, readers will get to discover the brutal realities on the battlefield as well as Russia’s dehumanizing winters. Despite the conditions and dangers, there was still time for romance! Peter also narrates the forces that helped shape Walter’s young life. This includes his internal conflict between his religious beliefs and sheer survival as well as his quest to be reunited with his brother in America.
