About the Author
Susan Katrinka Butler grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and now lives in Lakeland, Florida. She is writing her next book. I’ve always enjoyed writing thoughts, stories, apart from life, though many of my stories are from real life experiences, a twinge of what might have been. This book was inspired by my first encounter with a cousin of whom I’d never met, and he was puppy love personified, but felt so tongue-tied, I never could speak to him again. Other stories I’ve written are more or less based on things I’ve experienced. Have had many ‘careers’ or experiences, nursing, teaching, security protection details, truck driving, and even survival pursuits, yeah, as in ‘roughing it’ in the green swamp with only knife and gun at your side.
